• 30% Hard Fescue
• 20% Native Bluegrass
• 10% Creeping Red Fescue
• 10% Perennial Ryegrass

DrySite is not a typical lawn that requires frequent watering and mowing. Our solution for dry and/or sandy sites uses Hard Fescue, Sheep Fescue and Canada Bluegrass selected for their superior drought tolerance, low maintenance and low mowing height. DrySite is also great for hillsides and erosion control, it requires little to no maintenance. This mix may take up to 12 months to fully establish.

Seeding Rate: 2-3 lbs/1,000 sq. ft.

Germination: 8-21 days
