ShadySite is the best choice for shady areas. It is a mix of Chewings fescues, Creeping red fescue, Kentucky Bluegrasses and Perennial Ryegrasses that have superior tolerance to shade. As with most turf type grasses, once your ShadySite lawn becomes established it has good traffic and drought tolerance. Please allow 72hrs to blend.
